AVSC's National Show of African Violets - 2005

The 2005 Convention Show was a great success. It was held May 16-21, 2005 at the Executive Inn West Edmonton by the Edmonton African Violet Society, now known as the Edmonton African Violet & Gesneriad Society.

This plant of Saintpaulia velutina, a "wild" species African violet, was Best in Show at the 2005 Convention in Edmonton. Please visit our Photo Gallery to see other winners from this show.

Windy Day was Runner-Up to Best in Show and Best Standard African Violet Under 12 Inches.

Blue was the winning colour many times over. Persian Prince was the Best Miniature in the show.
